So if it is our equipment then yes our ITAR/EAR laws classify that as a re-export which is one reason I asked as I did. I was just wondering if there were other stipulations to the exchange on replenishment etc…

I tend to agree with you on this one. Biden even mentioning nuclear war or nuclear weapons in this context was a major thing. Not sure if that was planned. If not and he just offered that up, its not wise.

We won't know that, i.e. whether there was discussion in advance with his advisors on that being necessary. But if not then him doing it off the cuff = big mistake, imo.
