Like I said, they won't miss what they never had.
The moves by Mastercard and Visa could make real differences to their bottom lines. Russia accounted for 4% of all of Visa’s net revenue in its last fiscal year, including money made from domestic and cross-border activities.
"I would not advocate an embargo on Russian imports of fossil fuels. I would even oppose it," he said after meeting German business leaders.
"We need these energy supplies to maintain the price stability and energy security in Germany," Habeck added.
A shortage in supply could threaten social cohesion in Germany, he warned.
Thank you for helping me get my day started by making me feel stupid.
Guess I better steer this conversation back to military aviation.
Again, allegedly. I'm only speculating. At least I'm saying that and offering that as a preface whenever I see or hear something. These other guys don't even do that on here with their twitter posts and Russian casualty count. At least acknowledge me for doing that. Now, we will see if it is BS or truth in the next few days. I'm not sure of the majority of what is coming out, but the guy in that video is actually on the ground in Kharkiv. I also throw out a reason why I gave it some weight because I (along with mostly everyone else) has been wondering about this alleged convoy of 20 or 40 miles long outside of Kyiv and why have they been mostly unharmed in the past few days. Is it likely because the bulk (or a significant number) of the Ukrainian forces are pre-occupied somewhere else or doing something else? Also something that I didn't add but saw mentioned somewhere else, but it is alleged that the Russians were siting back and waiting for just enough of the Ukrainian forces to get within this region before they pounced on it.
I have no doubt that the truth lies in the middle somewhere. But right now, the propaganda is being heavily pumped in the west right now. That video I posted was simply one voice that countered the general narrative. One voice that is actually on the ground. And again, I clearly said "allegedly". He could be full of it, but his perspective is just as valid as anyone else. You are not really paying attention. I demonstrated how it is done properly. I put you in check (which pleases your many detractors who consider you a Putin shill), while actually offering substantial evidence of what you said, (which undermines Ukraine's position that this war just started a few days ago and that they were just innocently standing by).
Do you not understand that the truth is of little importance in a propaganda war? For most people, on both sides - they are not really looking because they do not want to see. They have already chosen a side and so their glasses are colored. Yours too.
Do you see it
Weird. I am against mandates as well but nothing was “tyrannical”. My life was normal and fine and I never felt under tyranny and the worst ever asked of me was private businesses to ask me to wear a mask on their property and for the state of Hawaii that asked me to register on their website before I visited for 2 weeks. The horror.
Meanwhile I continue to see you post that police are all bad, that doctors and nurses are lying and murdering people and need to be executed and that Putin wasn’t going to invade and then when he did it’s the US and Ukraines fault lol
The police enforced what exactly where you wereRas is correct. We went down a pretty bad path of tyranny with the COVID stuff. Politicians over reached and seemed to enjoy doing so.
We dealt with forced business closures and other restrictions like occupancy limits, business hour restrictions, and onerous ppe requirements; mask mandates; and vaccine passports in some parts of the country.
To pretend like this didn’t happen or minimize the impact on personal liberty is choosing to lie to yourself. Maybe it wasn’t near that bad where Ricky is, it was this bad in many other places. The information is out there for anyone who wants to see it.
And regardless of Ricky’s personal beliefs, the police enforced much of this. I saw it with my own eyes and have even shared a few of those stories here.
I will never be deluded into thinking that the police won’t enforce just about any mandate the government lays down. It won’t be all of them, but enough of them will do it that it will make those that sit it out of no consequence. If they will enforce laws that keep your business closed, what won’t they do?
Let’s come out of COVID with our eyes wide open. We should never allow something like that to ever happen again.
