You have a fundamental misunderstanding of markets if you think this is surprising regardless of POTUS. Biden didn't help things. Made them worse. But silly to pretend like it's his bag to hold. Trump would have been pretty similarly to blame. Oil dropped to nothing and every producer pulled back hard. Now consumption is up and they aren't back on line yet.
