i read this 5 times and the only thing i got out of it was a headache

as you mature you will learn its often better to simply say what you mean. theres no need to make so much effort to be sarcastic. its rarely cute and often nonsensical

Attendance, titles, tourney appearances, overall record...

I completely get why anyone would resent Pearl for his infractions.

But to continually deny and joke against his accolades while he was coach IS comical..

It was an era. A very good one AND now it is over.

I loved Pearl and all before him. And I expect and hope nothing but the best from Cuonzo..

It's definitely ironic when one who has a post containing run-on sentences, multiple mis-punctuations, and no capital letters is giving writing advice. When I want to start writing on a second grade level, I'll definitely remember to consult you.

i honestly think a lot of these guys, if you met em on the street , would say nothing but good things about Pearl and actually enjoyed the winning. but here? on a forum? never , it gives them something to do on a saturday night. its like running into a bar in boston and saying "red sox suck,patrios suck,celtics suck" just to get a rise.

His career winning percentage isn't what I would consider great, especially outside Tennessee. And he hasn't gotten a job since he was kicked out at Tennessee.

This thread was an entertaining read, albeit a thread topic that is usually ripped apart within a page.

You are correct in your OP about TBA being a little light on bodies next year. As many others have mentioned, a lot of that will have to do with the lack of excitement around the program, and the product that will be on the floor.

If CCM can regenerate some excitement and get the squad winning, then the fans will come back... Even the "Pearlophiles" (a ridiculous label, front runners they are, but it wouldn't have mattered who the coach was)

Of all the things you hate about CBP, why does the body paint bother you so much? That was funny, and brought a lot of excitement to the students and helped to energize things. Can't see why or how it was a negative ploy.
