My argument to that would be the same. If the government has it, the constitution says we can too (not that anyone would ever want one). I can own a tank if I have the money for one. Joe said I couldn’t but he’s wrong. I can own anything they have including but not limited to automatic weapons. No, I wouldn’t because the words of the constitution would not change. The constitution was put in place as a last defense to tyrannical government. So it absolutely meant that we have the right to MATCH the weaponry. There is no argument to that and it’s not up for debate
