You'll have to ask @1vol8. He's the one that's convinced they're coming to get him.Who are these fellas? What agencies?
I think a state mandate on vaccinations would violate the major rules clause.I don't think the two can be intertwined. In the case of Jacobson v Massachusetts, which I mentioned earlier, the court ruled that because it was the government's duty to protect public health, and because the mandate applied equally to all adults, it did not violate the Equal Protection Clause. Basically, the government can tell you what to do with your body... but in the opinion of Justice John Marshall Harlan, only if the regulation in question was ....
"... necessary in order to protect the public health and secure the public safety." - Justice Harlan
Obviously. that wouldn't apply to abortion rights.
Quick question, in most states it is illegal to sell and possess pain meds without a script? Yet people still sell and use these illegally....now why take away someone who has a scipts meds...it still wont stop the others that sell and use thise meds illegally..it just hurts the people who have done things right....same argument with guns...you don't punish everyone for criminals...Yea, I get all the angles.
I think 700 rounds in 1 second is to many, unnecessary, and will do far more harm than any potential good.
Do you see where I'm going?
There is a point at which it borders the absurd and there is no good argument to be made as to why it should be legally available.
Just because it can to manufactured, doesn't mean it should be allowed.
Any of you guys paying attention to what's going on in Australia. It's sickening and disgusting how the Aussie government has completely taken over and removed all of their freedoms. I hope the protests in Melbourne only increase and they overpower this evil form of government.

Great analogy.Quick question, in most states it is illegal to sell and possess pain meds without a script?
