I agree and according to what I am still reading, you could very well be giving advise to Jon Gruden. New bleacher report says pros and cons of canning Dooley and basically said not only would Gruden keep the current 2013 class but he would certainly improve the 21 place ranking that UT currently has

I would tell him not to bring his family to the games, especially if the team is losing because we have some fans that have no class and will harass his family no matter what age or gender. I am ashamed of the fans that did that to Dooleys wife and son. They did not deserve it. This has to do with him not his family and our fans need to respect that period.

Do not speak in public. Every word you say will be dissected to the point of ridiculousness. Lock out the media from everything. Maybe then you can get something accomplished without having to answer all the stupid questions you would be asked.

Yeah probably just don't lost to Kentucky.. Kind of sad we lost last year, I was hoping to go my entire life beating them.

Recruit top talent with SPEED-- and you better have an OC that has evolved in calling 2013 type plays and not 1984.

Oh yeah, and watch how you get a kicker-- get a solid, above average, tough kid, don't go after the #1-- they are usually bustszzz :p

Be wise and make careful choices

Have balance between the run and pass, be sound defensively,win the turnover battle, and win the kicking game and special teams. Recruit, recruit, recruit!
