Don't come to Tennessee because fair weather 'fans' like Wylo will be calling for your head from day one.

Tennessee fans are just like any other teams fans. We would Like to at least win a SEC game that matters. 3 years 1-14 is not going to get it done and recruiting sucks. Dooley waited until game 10 to make changes on Defense. He Is to blame for that not the fans. His lack of stones lets him throw the towel in early and often on These Players. He has repeatedly stated he didn't have confidence in his players. Why should they have confidence in him?

1. Stack speed.
2. Stack depth.
3. Surround yourself with good coordinators.
4. Put players in position to accel.
5. Plan on players leaving early for the draft.
6. Do things within NCAA and UT rules.
7. Have some self respect. Do not embarass yourself or the unniversity.
8. Expect to win.Coach to win.
9. Win.
10. Teach kids to win at life.
11. Teach kids to play winning football.
12. Don't rest on your loins.
13. Keep winning.

I will start...

1. Connect with the fans. I want someone to sell my UT to the public. Let's be talked about again. In a good way!

You better win. I don't care how you do it (just don't get caught). You just win as much as you possibly can and by as big of a margin as you can. We want wins and we want them now. Win at any cost.

It is not being on the "Doolaid" . It is the damn truth. I think it is past time for Dooley to be gone but if we have the same record after year three with our new coach, we will turn on his a$$ too.
