I first started putting corn in white (chicken) chili, and now I often put it in beef chili as well. Adds a nice sweet pop!

I always add corn into my slow cooked beef stew at the end. It's a great addition.

So for breakfast I had some Jimmy Dean spinach and bacon Frittatas and they were really good, they taste like little quiches to me

And for an earlier dinner I had BBQ pulled pork, mixed veggies....and you know it, Mac and cheese and I think that I need another nap now....and for dessert I had these amazing little cookies that I can't seem to get off of, but the good thing is that 7 of them are only 140 calories.
