Lasagna, salad and garlic bread at my sisters for our Christmas celebration.
Tonight was semi fried chicken in the air fryer with corn and stuffing.
Tomorrow will be ham and roast with Christmas potatoes and green bean casserole.

Pierogis, Kielbasa, and Chrusciki. Funny story...my mom never used recipes to cook, especially our Polish food. Wife thought mom hated her for years because she would only tell her the ingredients, when to add and when to taste. Yesterday while making chrusciki and pierogis my daughter gets mad at wife for not giving her a recipe. I told wife to give mom's recipes from 25 years ago and got a huge laugh.

Maybe not so much. This was when my son tested positive for Covid.

He’s not feeling that bad so far, just really irritated that he spent Christmas morning in my daughter’s basement while we ran food and gifts up and down to him. He’s upstairs in my house now in what’s actually a nice little isolation suite, with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, mini-fridge, and microwave, all to himself.

We had our Christmas dinner today at my sister's house and it was fabulous...Prime rib, roasted Brussels sprouts, twice baked potatoes, Mac & cheese, Cresent rolls and chocolate pie for dessert, but I had no room for dessert, but we all had a Great Christmas together.
