I outdid myself tonight. I’m not one to brag, but I whipped up a fire dinner tonight. French bread with dipping oil, salad, and chicken piccata with bow-tie pasta.

Sooo I have been snowed in since last Saturday and I have plenty of supplies...I knew that the weather was coming *Polar Vortex*, and now there is a semi in a ditch on my little road...but it now gets interesting in my kitchen...meaning go in there an see what you can discover. So...last night I really wanted some Ramen noodles and I fixed them and I thought well what kind of protein
Could I sprinkle on top....and there it was..
So I cooked some spam and Voila'...there you go....and sorry for the long post, but I have been cooped up for a week ...and the noodles were really good and hey, don't knock it until you have tried it!!

For Lunch my kitchen served me up some Bean with Bacon soup....one of my kitchens specialities by the way and a Banana

I didn't have anything major or out of the ordinary. A couple of scrambled egg and cheese with mayo sandwiches ....Simple, but hit the spot for me today.

Last night we had rotisserie chicken and copy cat Cheddars spinach dip in the crock pot. It was good but it was missing something, just not quite as good as Cheddar's. Tonight we'll have leftovers of the same and maybe do a quesadilla or throw in a can of veggies.
