I played baseball. However, my junior year in hs we had gym with the jv football team and the coach was our gym teacher. He got me and 6 other guys to play 7 of them across the field in flag football. I've always been pretty athletic, and had a few basketball and baseball players in gym with me. I played quarterback and we just ran backyard plays while the coach coached them. He let us practice for a week, and several teachers let their classes come watch our 7 on 7. We smoked them 28-7! We were famous for a month or two!

For many, it is arm-chair coaching Tennessee athletic teams. But, they are All World at it....

Had a ridiculously successful little league baseball career. Got to HS. Got lazy.

Also a highly-decorated drummer in HS. Got to college. Got lazy.

Now I sell x-ray machines.

I've never been much of an athlete, but I'm proud of my best 5k time at 21 minutes flat. I've shot a couple of 39s, but have never broken 80. I've finished the full P90X. And, I learned to wakesurf and snowboard in my mid/late 30s.

One of the cooler feats I have pulled off was Robin Hooding a dart in the double bull to win a game of Cricket years ago. It stuck right in the flight prongs of my first throw and stayed there. We weren't sure of the actual ruling there but agreed that I deserved the victory.

In the army I could run a sub 6 minute mile. It progressively got worse.

I jarred a golf shot from 90 yards. Recently I shot a 73 and was under par on the back 9. 6 birdies on the round.

I played football in high school but wasn't all area or anything although I thought I was pretty good.

Batted 1.000 playing American Legion ball between my sophomore and junior years in high school. Of course, I had only one at bat that season and it was slow roller that never made it out of the infield. I can still remember the sound of the wind whistling in the earholes of my batting helmet as I hurtled toward first base.

What's even funnier is that the pitcher tried to pick me off at 1st a couple of times. I was only off the bag about 5 feet and I have never been considered fast.

We are all legends in our own mind. I remember intercepting passes. But my dad remembered the missed tackles. Its all perspective my friend. Lol
