You're actually correct. He's probably somewhere in the middle.

Now just think about that. You admit that Trump is basically a Republican-lite/moderate, and that still isn't far enough left for you.

My criticism in those terms is for the Republican party, which abandoned all pretense of having any principle by standing by him.

Why care so much about party politics? If the candidate matches what you want you should vote that way. Your reasoning is how this got so broken that Trump vs Biden was the best we could get. Do better

And Kamala had so many nice things to say about Joe before Ole Joe boxed himself in with his VP requirements.
