Oe what flashlight you got? I got one from elektrolumens, a custom maker out west.. 1000 lumen Cree t6 bin single freakin led .. It is so awesome.. Had 3000 lumen hid once from china failed after few months but my god an hid is bright... LEDs are closing fast .. My new torch is smaller than a stinger but way way brighter.. Rechargeable of course

I never used my dept issue.. A stinger just doesn't cut it for me.. My current one is five inches length and throws a 1000 meters easy.. It will blind you

I have carried, aka lost, Bucks, Case, Uncle Henry, and pretty much any other brands similar to these over the years. I prefer a smaller two or three blade knife, but after losing a couple I really liked, all I carry is the flea market, gun show, trade day, made in China special. I have carried a since I was seven or eight. It's one of the handiest tools you can carry.

Queen makes a nice pocket knife, their D2 blades are higher carbon and hold an edge much longer, plus their made in the USA.

Anyone got a recommendation for a place that sells swords where you can actually handle the merchandise before purchase? Mid-TN, Nooga, or Atl area. Not looking for wall hanger like they sell at Smokey Mountain Knife shop. This needs to be something that you can put an edge on and do damage with. And need scabbard.

I have a decent collection of Spyderco, Benchmades, Boker, and Civivi knives, some for work that get dirty and dulled quickly. I had a pretty good Walmart brand multitool, not a cheap $10 one but they came out with a "deluxe" one that i had for a year and i broke the pliers pulling a nail at work. So now I'm probably going to get a Leatherman Wave.
