Who should replace Napier at UF?

Late to the party here, but it won’t be anybody who has a good situation or is in the playoff hunt. The portal timing would force the coach to resign before the playoff or miss the portal. Nobody would take that job under those circumstances. So, that leaves an up and comer or a coordinator.

I can see the following in addition to some of the other mentions:
Garrett Riley from Clemson-OC, regional, brother is a Guru and he has Clemson rolling on offense.

Jimbo-had a lot of success in the southeast and Florida. He has relationships. TAM is weak no matter who’s the coach. They could get him at a discount with the buyout from TAm. He does have something to prove.

Is Jimbo related to Brian Kelly? When you look up overrated or overpaid coach, their pictures are next to one another.

Urban Meyer is trying to weasel his way back into UF. He never seems to miss an opportunity to tell a story about Florida these days.

Kiffin will more than likely be in the playoffs. If that’s the case there is no way UF could get him. And honestly is UF really gonna give him 10-11 million a year? That would be dumb. Lane has not proven he is worth that.

Honestly if I am UF, I would be looking at maybe Lance Leipold. He would be a great hire. I would maybe say Jamie Chadwell but I am not so sure he would be a good fit.
