Played 4 years varsity at Colerain in Cincinnati...started Fr/So at QB, and Jr/Sr at FS. Playing QB was pretty easy given that one RB went to Michigan (and now plays for Tampa) and the other guy played at UK. However, we were a triple-option team, so I am by no means an expert in the west coast offense. I sure as hell understand the dedication, work ethic and team chemistry aspects though.

I did my part and was never the weakest link. No scholarship offers. My intramural team kicked tail in college though.

Yeah messing up your knee sucks. I just tore my acl, mcl, pcl, and meniscus a couple weeks ago and just had surgery last thursday

dang dude. that's the definition of blowing your knee out. I don't mean to be Debbie the Downer, but the rehap blows big time. There were times I just didn't want to go and would rather cut my leg off.

Like I said before, I've never been the same since my injury and that was about 5 years ago.

Yeah I usually heal good so I'm hoping for the best. However, it's not sure if I'll be able to play again. I'm taking a med. redshirt this year now but, I'll be so mad if my career ends this way.

You know, I heard that "Kiffincrazy28" character was actually Peyton Manning in disguise...well, that's probably what he would tell you.

more power to ya man. hope you recover 100%. the funny thing about mine was when it happened, I felt the pain, but it wasn't so bad that I could put weight on it. i ended up going back out there and played the last 2 series. I had no idea the damage that was done. I thought I just sprained it at worse. But after the game I had the MRI and sure enough I blew my knee out.

where did you have your's done? I ended up going to Baltimore at Johns Hopkins

Started playing at 5 years old, played little league, jr. high, was good in high school, okay in college. But far more important than all that, I have an 8 year old and a 5 year old that are absolute badasses on the field, and I'm loving every second of it.

Played junior high and high school. One yr in college then tore 2 outside ligaments in ankle , not able after that. Was all county and region player at linebacker/DE
that was in the days when defenses ran a 5-2 with nose tackle 2 DT and 2 DE only 2 LBs but DE were kinda like out side backers in 4-4 some plays. Was TE on offense, back then we ran the veer offense. Wanted to play at UT almost went as walkon. This was when Johnny Major's came back.
I loved the game the hitting was fun. I played against
Reggie White in Jamboree game , he was a freshman at Howard and I a senior at Ooltewah.
Those were good yrs but long time ago:rock::pepper::td:

Started for Maryville at MLB for about half the season my junior year and started the whole season my senior year at Sam. Won 3 state championships. I played all together for 12 years if you count grass hopper, pee wee, and midget leagues. Lol.

Played most of my life, but I feel my real football knowledge has come from the past 10 or so years of Madden. I would consider that the greatest game since I can still play. It helps to have played some football to understand it, but it also helps to be smart and has some reasoning skills. I personally just like to drink beer, watch, and scream.
