Who will go higher in the draft Troy Smith or Brady Quinn??

I'll call that a non-decision. It's like Joey Harrington going to the Lions... Yeah, he looks awful. But he plays for a perenial doormat, Peyton Manning would look like an amateur if he played for Oakland or Detroit. Same goes for Troy Smith, or anywhere else. Put him on a team that at least has somewhat of an idea on how to play football before you judge him.
