Well I changed my mind after seeing lawgators post...I hope and pray they hire Strong...As they will be lucky to beat Kentucky for years to come let alone us with him at the helm. :)

His argument was beaches being an hour and a half away. If that's your argument for UF, there's a lot of places that has Gainesville beat. Miami definitely does.

The whole "top tier program" changes on an almost yearly basis. It's kind of laughable how so many live and die by these supposed top tier programs.

Meyer wasn't forced out. As someone said earlier, he would have been completely done after last year and saved Florida's recruiting/off-season by returning to basically exist for another year.

Strong is at best 4th on the short list after Mullen, Petrino and Stoops.

Offensive continuity is more important to the program right now, and Mullen can walk in on Day One and hit the ground running.

Petersen and Patterson are both better option than any of the above, sans Stoops, who can't win the big game(usually).

Yeah, true. But that's just such an obvious and BORING choice. I thought everything involved with Florida's football coach had to be chocked full of drama and intrigue.

I say y'all hire Whittingham after turning Mullen down.
