Did you guys know that Mike Gundy doesn't have "traditional" practices.

He thinks that practicing for 3 hours does more harm than good. The longest practice you'll see at Oklahoma State is 1 hr-40min. He takes the less practice, more thinking, more fun approach. Sorry, don't have a source.. I heard someone talking about it on a radio show this morning. It came out of an interview with Gundy or maybe a book.. I'll google it.

And my vote goes to Mark Dantonio. The guy inherited a horrible football team and now has a very good team, and he has recruited better than expected. He'll get to stay at State for as long as he wants to after his 4 straight victories over Michigan.

I think the top-tier would be Chris Petersen, Gary Patterson, Al Golden (I think he would leave Miami), Gary Pinkel, Mike Gundy, Mark Dantonio, Pat Fitzgerald, Kevin Sumlin, Steve Sarkisian, and Mario Cristobal. Any of these guys would be solid candidates for bigger jobs.
