With the schedule we had, it was a decent job to make the playoffs this season, but nothing to warrant a raise or extension. We got fortunate Florida's starting QB went out injures against us. I also think we had a favorable draw getting Vandy, Arky, and Oklahoma on the road. NC State was trash.Wow, if true it was a hell of job to get this team to the playoffs. Raise and extension time.
Pretty sure that was your intent with this post RIGHT.
The DB group that started a Two true Sophomores and a true Freshman that would usually get 60 seconds of rest and terrible field position due to an inept offense going 3 and out over and over againThe same DB that looked solid all year besides the games they faced a very stout receiving core like the UGA and OSU receivers. Is that the DB upgrade you are mentioning? If so, UT better do ten times better at the WR upgrade than they did the secondary!!!

We skirted by many games this season. Really thanks to D Sampson, but we won't have him next year.
Hard to call for anyone’s job after a 10-2 season with a RS Freshman… hard to even say Heupel is running out of slack, but we just lost Mike Matthews too… so, we may end up seeing a coaching change there. Could just be an NIL thing. Gonna find out.Well said. I thought I might be the only one not calling for anyone's job. I think Elarbee and Pope need to show us something next year, though. We're about all our of inherited players from Pruitt and the portal alone isn't sustainable. They each really need at least a 1 or 2 of the players recruited out of HS to make a significant impact.
Didn't "lose" Mike Matthews yet. Could be a power play to earn more money and playing time. At least that's what I hopeHard to call for anyone’s job after a 10-2 season with a RS Freshman… hard to even say Heupel is running out of slack, but we just lost Mike Matthews too… so, we may end up seeing a coaching change there.
