Obama is for high taxation resulting in a massive redistribution of wealth, that's Marxism.

I am seeing a lot of this lately. Let me say, I am not accusing you of this because I haven't seen you say it, but, the man can't be an elitist and a Marxist. It just doesn't work.

Beg to differ but Marx made himself and his cronies pretty elite. Everyone else was underlings.

Most voters know McCain is more Pro the Iraq war then Obama. IMO that is why he will be the next president.......if he gets the nomination.........which he probably will.

How much do you really know about what any candidate stands for? Don't almost all of them talk out of both sides of their mouth depending on who the audience is?

That is exactly why Marxism is a complete failure. Even the capitalist system breeds elitism in governenment, but it also offers the best chance for correction when it occurs. Sometimes it simply takes a while for "natural law" to take its course.

Agreed. It seems we are dealing with human nature (time for the existentialists to chime in).

My short theory on capitalism is that it is the form most closely compatible with human nature.
