It has been reported that Steve Sarkasian has interviewed for the USC job. If boths side accept where would that leave Justin Wilcox and might the possibility arise for him to replace Jancek as UT's DC?

No matter what the fans want I don't see there being any major staff changes this offseason. Jones pointed to the staff changes as a reason this team has struggled so much with 42 staff changes in the past five years. A position coach might take another job or something like that but a coordinator isn't going to happen.

Changing coaches and having our player learning a new system next year won't fix a thing. We will see similar results. Only an idiot does the same thing continously and expects different results. Give the system time please.

Total Defense rank improved from #107 to #80 in one year. Let's see how much it improves next year.

wouldn't he be a candidate for the vacant hc position?

Even if we were looking for a DC, Wilcox can't be trusted. Screw him.

The way some folks on here talk, Wilcox was the difference between Dooley winning 10 games last year, instead of 4. If you follow that logic, Wilcox probably should have been the head coach in the first place.

I don't see him coming back, but I'm not against replacing a coordinator (or two). Saban replaced his OC after his 1st year at Alabama and it seems like that worked out all right.

Without Maggit and still improving with even less talent deserves another yr. Damn but Im tired of every year "learning a new system". Stick with something and build on it a couple of yrs, then change if there is no improvement.

Frankly, unless AJ leaves, I'll miss Hood, Wall and Miller on DL and thats about it. McCullers just teased us. Made practically no plays. I expect at least 2 probably 3 new starters in secondary.

There's a reason Jancek wasn't coaching in the SEC anymore

After watching the Dawgs barely squeak out a win over Georgia Tech, a team MTSU handily pounded last season, there's definitely a big ole common denominator to Georgia's on-the-field chokitude through the years and I'm pretty sure it's not Jancek and Martinez, if you get my drift.
