Wow!!shocked

Of course she can change her mind. But it would look very poor on her part if she commits to a school on her tv show and when it comes out she says "I'm not really committed anywhere. This isn't really rocket science.

I think you are assuming she actually cares what people thinks "looks poorly." It's not her fault if people can't understand that there was a time gap from when the show was recorded to when it was aired and that her recruitment was still happening after this was recorded.

Ok, where is she going to play on defense? She's a toothpick so she can't guard posts but she doesn't have the lateral quickness to guard true wings.

She is basically a tweener in with post player size. Just because she is skinny doesn't mean she can't be a power forward. It's obvious she doesn't want to play in the post. But...she doesn't have great wing skills.

Come on now. She is quick enough to play defense. She's going to be a great off the ball defender and she is going to block a lot of shots and passes, she's just not going to be able to handle forwards and centers posting her up ad she is not going to be able to get much done posting up herself.

If anyone is following anybody anywhere it's DeShields wanting to follow Cooper to whichever school she's going to and not the other way around. plus her wanting to go to the same school as a boyfriend plays a part in all this too.

Heck, they're in high school. They might not still be dating when signing day comes around.

Could that be Cheesecake Factory?

ReadR00ster if you're telling others to stop assuming then maybe you need to take your own advice and not do the same like you're doing now with your automatic conclusion that they're both going to end up at South Carolina because they both visited there this weekend, remember they also visited Georgia together.

Has Cooper even been to SC before this weekend? She has visited Knoxville like three times and was at the SECT championship game vs. Kentucky.

I love how people hang on every word these kids say. Can you crack the code? Or was that statement the equivalent of when people say "I like pie?"

Okay, I'm not assuming anything. That was the point. :good!: In fact I still don't she does wind up at USC. I feel better about it after this visit though. My guessimation chances for SC have gone up from like 20% to 40% though.

Good for you.

From what I'm hearing, sounds like both young women have a tough decision on their hands. Hearing they both really like TENN and USCe. Sounds like UGA is out of it.

Serious question. How long do you think Andy has left especially since he can't seem to pull anyone from the Atlanta area?

Based on what you've heard, do you have a gut feeling, either way?

Te'a will have to compete for playing time with Cuervas for 3 years if she chooses USCe. With Ariel leaving next year, she could slide on in to UT's line-up pretty easily. That is if she works for it and shows she is as good as advertised and is a team player. I'll be disappointed if she doesn't choose TENN but I don't think it's do or die. I'll take a team full of gals that play hard and give 100% effort to the concept of TEAM any day. Our other gals will just have to bond together and figure out how to do that! And I'll gladly take Durr :)

I hope they come but if not it's not the end of the world. We still have lots of good players. I can't wait to see Janna hit the floor when the season starts.

I'm not sure if it amounts to anything, but there is a Cheesecake Factory in Knoxville :). They don't have a location in South Carolina though.

Couldn't find cheesecake as a specialty in either Five Points or Vista (although there are some great places for desserts on the Vista). Now we are really grasping for connections!

And she'll have to compete with juniors Jordan Reynolds and Andraya Carter for 2 years at Tennessee...and possibly Asia Durr if she ends up wearing Orange.

If I were Cooper, I'd choose TN. Chances are she could very well start as a freshman

I still feel pretty good about Cooper. You never know what Diamond is thinking. I want even comment on her it will just have to happen with her. Durr could be a great two guard for us. Here is what we would look like in 2015.

PG- Cooper,Carter, Reynolds, Middleton
2G-Tucker, Durr, Jackson,
C-Russell,
PF-Graves, Robinson,Moore
WF-Deshields, Nared, Jones, Dunbar

Maybe we could play a little Donnie Knoxville ball with this group.
