Brock Leanar just signed a UFC deal. I'm sure the money is crazy, but why in the world?

It looks like a one fight deal that he worked into his contract with WWE and that WWE is okay with.

Brock is gonna be 39 in July, but he's probably a lot healthier than what he was and doesn't have the normal wear and tear of other UFC fighters.

If UFC/WWE is smart, they'll actually let Lesnar use Heyman as his adovate.

Alright, here is my Summerslam card (I'm completely guessing on the brand but this is what I want to see):

Seth Rollins (c) vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship

A.J. Styles vs. John Cena for the new Smackdown Championship (via tournament style booking)

Bray Wyatt vs. Brock Lesnar

The New Day (c) vs. The Realest Guys for the WWE World Tag Team Championship

Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte (c) for the Woman's Championship

Kevin Owens (c) vs. Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship

Dean Ambrose vs. Rusev for the United States Championship

Cesaro vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

Becky Lynch vs. Bayley

Man...I hope Brock doesn't lose. Because if he does, talk about giving away the streak for nothing.

Why does it really matter?

Because the biggest rub in history wasn't going to the guy that beat the streak but the guy who beat the one in 23-1. Lesnar getting his ass kicked in UFC would (I think) diminish that.

Wait, the kayfabe streak? He's still and will always be a former heavyweight champion from the most legit combat league on earth.

If he wins, he gets kayfabe credibility for winning the fight. If he loses, he gets a kayfabe storyline about being pissed and on a war path when back.

Losing against a real life, heavyweight fighting, badass doesn't discredit the night where two men waited to be told who won or lost.

Maybe you're right. Idk. We'll see how it plays out

That would be awesome. I could honestly see 5 of those matches actually happening. Doubt Brock has a match a month and a half after fighting in the octagon unless it only goes one round. I also doubt Owens and Zayn face off one on one again for awhile.

Edit: Had not seen where WWE had confirmed Lesnar would return at SummerSlam. This is kinda weird.
