Joe and Finn had some really solid matches.

But I never thought any of them were great

Goodness, NXT always delivers. Every match was above average to great as usual.

.5 = one of the worst matches ever
1 = really bad
1.5 = bad
2 = below average
2.5 = average
3 = above average
3.5 = good
4 = great
4.5 = fantastic. Probably a match of the year contender
5= one of the greatest matches of all time. Maybe only happens ever couple/few years.

Tye vs Cien. 3 stars. A couple amazing spots took it to above average. That superkick spot was amazing.

American aplha vs The Revival= 3.5 stars. Good Tag matvh. These two teams just work good together. Near falls a plenty, great tag team psychology. The revival has changed my mind about them, I'm offically a fan and think they are a really good heel tag team. Just need a new theme song please.

Shinsuke Nakamura vs Austin Aries = 4 star match. Match of the night imo. Wasn't as good as Zayn vs Nakamura but it might be a bit before we see something like that again. But it came super close. I would of given Zayn vs Nakamura a 4.5 stars. I almost gave this match that. If it got a couple more minutes it may of gotten there. But still, I'm not a big fan of Aries, but he worked great with Shinsuke here. Props to both guys. They went all out.

Asuka vs Jax = 3 stars. Match wise, wasn't anything too special but it earns an above average for the way they worked it. Nia Jax tossing Asuka like a rag dog was awesome. I like the finish, a combo of strikes finshed with one knockout blow from Asuka. It really puts over her striking power.

Samoa Joe vs Fine Balor = I'm going to go ahead and give this a 3.5 I think. I thought about a 4, but honestly it wasn't on par with Shinsuke and Aries imo. Plus I despise cage matches. However, these guys just have chemistry together and could never work a bad match together. That muscle buster off the middle rope looked devastating, a move worthy of finally some pinning Balor in his "demon" form. Joe looks strong as ever. Let's hope, Nakamura vs Joe is headlining Brooklyn.

Joe vs Nakamura might end up being the stiffest match in WWE history.

This is completely random, but we know that most likely we'll eventually see The Shield reunite. It could be a couple years down the road, but if it were in the near future, how would you book it?

The most impactful Shield reunion would be in the style of the Avengers coming together. If there were a large NWO type faction form that threatened the WWE and the Shield became forced to reunite to stop them.

As for short term, I be had this idea that could be a really good story to help revitalize some bland characters but it'll never happen because it requires the one thing Vince is unwilling to do. A Roman and Usos heel turn. Have them form the Samoan Shield. A better version of the Shield (their words). They already get 50/50 reactions so there is heat to be had. Then, bonus heat for using the Shield name. And as I said these guys' characters have become bland so this angle would give them more depth and probably allow Roman's natural cocky personality shine through.

I think Reigns needs to turn away from the Usos. I'm not sure anyone went bland faster than the Usos in WWE history. They actually put on good matches, their gimmick just got old fast and I don't really know why.
