Yemi Makanjoula commits to Tennessee

Found this on another board:
"Okay Miller did visit and was here on Friday and will leave today. Yemi has actually signed. I heard Rob Lewis this morning on Big Orange Sunday. Yemi has signed but his parents who live in Nigeria also have to sign the papers so it wont' be official for another day or 2. According to Rob there is no drama just waiting on his parents to officially sign. I am hoping we here something on Miller later tonite after he leaves. Hopefully he will commit. "

Thanks for the info by the way! I think it is a good sign that Miller stayed the whole weekend.

we suck, again.

If you don't have something nice to say, don't say nothing at all. We have been through enough as vol fans, can we not at least wait before judging someone who has not coached a game here? I don't mean to sound hateful, I just need as much positive or at least minimal negative comments as possible after going through these past few years.

Probably not the best place to be if you're looking for a lot of bright rays of sunshine and orange colored glasses.

Where should I go then? Kidding aside I just get emotional sometimes. I try to be reasonable in my expectations. I think somewhere between orange colored glasses and negativity is ideal.:good!:

ideal is another myth among fantasy message boards. lol

This place is good, just don't take anything personal

Go after Martavious Newby from BTW..Golden and Weary from Ridgeway..getting either of the 3 would be nice! There are some gems to be found.

Or by all means do not spell anything wrong or you will be fed to the lions!

Just speaking for myself, it annoys the hell out of me when simple things are misspelled. I correct it if it's bad like "Jujuan" or "your an idiot," and I may even throw in some joke, but I don't hold that against the poster. IMO, I don't know why anyone would not want to spell words correctly. I'd love to hear the argument against it lol.

I surely don't understand the big deal with a misspelled word. This is a forum for thoughts. Most people think and type, and move on to whatever they are doing. I only think it's funny when someone comments on somebody else's grammar, spelling, etc and proceeds to butcher the language or punctuation in their own post while trying to be a jackass.

Well, there's a difference between a typo and blatant ignorance. I don't know why anyone would knowingly misspell words. Why would you not want to be correct?

Why would you care if you were able to get the point of the post? Is the post not readable? (note: i was going to say illegible but it didn't look right, so I decided not to, in order to not look ignorant) I'm a former 4th grade spelling bee champ, and I bet there aren't many on here that have won a spelling bee. If I can make an error or too, here or their, the layman should be aloud as well.

Fair enough. We just stand on different sides.

My golden rule statement was not to be taken literal, just to make a point. I have said things that are not positive, I am just trying to make a point that the sky is falling statements are extreme. I also said I react emotionally sometimes because of the stuff we have been through lately. I know everybody has a right to their opinion, just trying to reason with people sometimes with their opinions, nothing more.:good!:

My sarcasm meter isn't functioning properly. Legible, the extra commas, two, there, allowed... I think its back to normality after really looking at the post... I see what you did ther! :)

Maybe you should go see a psychologist there buddy... Life can be a MF'er, but its no reason to take it out on others within your fanbase online in a forum that encourages differing opinions.

How many schollies will we have available next year? Assuming scholarship #s stay the same, Tatum and Woolridge fall of, and Chris Jones honors his commitment, we will only have 1 spot open correct?

Why are we taking these scrubs when we're going to be bad this year anyway. Are we in that bad of shape recruiting-wise the next couple years?

You are correct. We would have only 1 scholarship if all others stay and Jones actually comes to UT.
