How about new people coming on site looking for actual information on a thread and having to wade through the crap every time you guys go at it.
It is funny at first and then it gets tedious.

I'm really trying to remember the last post I saw of yours that wasn't trying to discredit what he says.

I'm sure you are going to have to make sure you've got plenty of kleenex and the old sock aroung tonight since you are so happy.

Pretty sure the comments in the thread when he washed out at Oak Ridge Prep lays it out that his qualifying was a longshot. Further, what would it matter? You acted as if Pearl still being at UT would have made a bit of difference in Jones' situation. Unless he still had the crayons used to create Ramar Smith's transcript, it wouldn't have changed anything.

I don't post here often. It does bring me out of the woodwork when he makes outrageous claims or steps in it. In an extremely unlikeable way, he's a good message board poster. What I don't understand is the support group he's built up here.

Because some of us realize he prob knows more than anyone else on here, he shoots straight, and is entertaining.

Could be younger posters look up to him because he's right 99.7% of the time.
He's raked me over the coals a couple of times, but when I checked on what he was saying I ate my crow and went on.

having an opinion and shouting the loudest doesn't make you right.

When it comes his weekly trap, he is typically very good. I even give him lots of credit for it.

When it comes to UT hoops, he has too many burnt bridges and too many personal opinions that cloud his judgment and keep him from seeing certain things.

You mean like seeing Pearl was a slimy fraud certain to eventually flameout in an embarrassing and spectacular manner? Yeah, I sure didn't see that coming.

hes knows nothing more than any basketball junkie with espn , dvr and an internet connection. dropping random names of players and coaches as reference makes him a trivia expert but does not prove basketball knowledge

rainman could tell ya what davey lopes batted in 1978 but he couldnt hit a curveball and was not welcome in the locker room...all this guy does is rant about the same issues over and over and over. he has quick wit and doesnt sleep so hes become some sort of forum demigod for the easily amused

Kansas State=-4. One of the worst hires in recent college basketball history. Frank Martin is a passionate, hard working guy. He has no business being a head coach in a power conference. You don't hire a guy to hold a recruiting class together for one season. This will be a disaster.

I've wondered if Hamilton ever actually read the NCAA report coming out of the Deon Thomas affair. If he did and still hired Pearl, he got exactly what he bargained for.

Pullen was in that recruiting class. Let's see where K State is in four years. I think I missed that one, but I wouldn't bet on it right now.
