Does that include creeks, ponds, rivers, and oceans?

Sold separately, but yes, they fall under the same category. We can start off outlawing oceans and rivers (the assault weapons) and work our way down to kiddie pools (handguns and what not).

We can't close the border, what makes you think we can shut down water ways to civilians?
