Sold separately, but yes, they fall under the same category. We can start off outlawing oceans and rivers (the assault weapons) and work our way down to kiddie pools (handguns and what not).

Incorrect, I believe there was a brief dustup during the drought a year or two ago, Georgia claimed we stole a river or something.

We can't close the border, what makes you think we can shut down water ways to civilians?
