Just like I've been saying for 2 years, they arent going to be taxpayer and definitely not 2nd apron....

Not going to beat that horse. I'll reserve my judgment on this until I see what other moves may happen...

If this is the first move in a roster consolidation that involves them making a play in free agency for rotation pieces, Im fine with it.

If this is the move to slide under tax line just to prevent admitting prior draft pick/extension mistakes, then I dont like it...
