Z-Nation on SyFy

Yeah, it's funny but I never used to watch TV on Friday nights until they moved Smallville to Fridays near the end of its run. After that more networks started and since then I've usually had something. Fringe, Grimm, Touch, and now Z Nation.

There was a time when Friday night was the night that networks would move shows to go to die. Not the case anymore.

Yeah Fridays used to be horrible TV. Banshee is another Friday night show that I really enjoy, well will soon anyway. Though that's not network TV. I wish I could have gotten into Helix.

I'm a fan of the show and I'll tell you that that was a pointless, weird, and completely disjointed episode.
As far as building on the story it did nothing at all except for bring those two characters back into it somewhat. Still I didn't hate it though. Liked the reoccurring dream thing even though it lead to a pretty pointless ending.

That was my problem. A dream inside a dream is one thing, but a dream inside a dream inside another dream inside another dream etc. is ridiculous. Then they went so far as to have the dream cross bodies, that's just stupid. Every time dude woke up I kept thinking to myself, really, really, REALLY?!

Yeah I liked the general idea but they went a little overboard. Could of ended that sooner and had plenty of show left to do something with.

That was a stupid show trying to be smart and ended up looking even more stupid. Pretty much the worst episode yet, and went through a lot of crap for a pretty weak payoff.

Umm... So are we supposed to assume that those two are officially gone from the show now?

I guess. They implied the guy got shot and killed and I guess the little girl having her necklace implies she's fully let him go.

Either way, that was an incredibly stupid episode.

It was still not as bad as the groundhog episode but dumb none the less.

It was moreso dumb because the character arc makes no sense. Just 3-4 episodes ago she was chastising him because he wanted to leave them all. She even gave him the "how long until you ditch me' line. Then they go through the whole stupid dream episode where at the least it seemed like it might have made them closer.

Then she meets psycho Wicker Man lady and decides she's ready to ditch him. Plus she said she couldn't bear to watch him die, but she proceeds to cause just that very thing since he was likely gunned down running back in after her. So good job you moron.

Just really stupid writing.

Glad I haven't wasted my time watching any more episodes after they were in Philadelphia.

Holy crap I had no idea Wicker Man lady was played by Kelly McGillis.

I get she's aged but man you'd never think she was the female lead in Top Gun.

Ok, that was a far more entertaining episode than the last one but WTF?! Mind control using saliva, LOL!

No comment on the Tweeker zombies or Viagra Zombies? Lol

Best episode in 3 weeks. Also I want that power.

Viagra zombies you never got to see? They could have shown zombies with pitched tints at least, that would have been amusing.

So how exactly do they still have power?

They strapped some meth zombies to some treadmills.

These have to be out of order. At the beginning they're asking Citizen Z if he has found Addy and Mack; they know exactly what happened to them.

Possible, or maybe they're holding out hope that Mack and Addy somehow made it out of the estrogen camp.

Ehh, I think it's out of order. The way they asked indicated they hadn't seen them in a while, which would line up with them getting seperated.

The real telling part will be if next episode they open talking aboit losing both of them.
