Oregon 247 insider, I think he used to post here, said Kiffin has made it known to Oregon he is interested in that job. Kelly/Wilcox/Sitake we’re the early names there but seems they have died down for now. Kiffin going to take his shot at payback vs USCw?
How bad will it get in Georgia if Michigan beats them?
Everyone keeps talking about Kiffin taking all these jobs and yet, with all of these jobs that were open, he was never called. He was never considered. Dude is only an elite coach on VN
Atlanta sports talk radio was pretty heated last night. Some people want a new offensive identity (which would make UGA unstoppable IMO). There’s chatter about secret team meetings to create a QB coup. Fans are complaining that soft scheduling is preventing them from being ready for teams like Alabama. Very few want Kirby gone but they question whether or not he can take them to a National title.
They still have a shot though. I think it will be hard for Alabama to beat them twice.
It’s not just VN. You can’t deny he is a really good coach. He wants these jobs but the ADs hiring don’t want to deal with him at the jobs he has tried to get involved with. Oregon is one I could see being really intriguing to him. Easier route to CFP. He can compete with Riley on field and recruiting. He brings the flash Oregon been missing. Nike connection really is big attraction for NIL purposes.
I don’t think he gets it though as Lebby probably would have stuck around for a shot at Ole Miss.

Alabama/Saban now know what to do to beat Georgia and if they meet in the finals, they will beat them again. I am not sure thay, Georgia, will beat Michigan to make it to the finals. You think they'd at least wait until the end of the playoffs before they freak out. Bama has laid enough eggs this year that they definitely have a shot.
