JT is a much better QB than Stetson. He reads coverages/D's better and delivers a better pass. Stetson's scrambling worked against less talented teams, which ended with Bama. They have to beat Michigan first and I'm not sure they can do that. UGA was exposed - too soft of schedule. Their D-line got whipped and offense is not anywhere near as good as they thought unless they make the QB change. JMO.

I dont think it matters whether or not JT Daniels was eased in or not. If hes better, then the offense will probably look good the minute he takes over.

I'm not necessarily convinced that he's better than Stetson. He might be. This is a tough scenario to have buzzing around your head going into the playoffs and also coming off your first loss.

Saban has showed time and again that hes willing to adapt on the fly when he needs to. Kirby hasnt shown that at all to this point. I would guess he ends up going down swinging with Stetson Bennett. Cause thats who he is.
Obviously the UGA staff feels this way

Honestly Tyler is about to enter his 3rd season, if I was him I'd have a discussion with his dad man to man.

I'm pretty close to my dad, but I still have to make my own decisions for myself. Sometimes it's burned me not listening to him, and sometimes it's burnt me listening to him. But as a soon to be junior next year could be his last, and RG has improved his game as well as the rest of the DL. have a big junior campaign (which honestly should be easier with the emergence of Byron Young on the other side) and enter the draft. But leaving UT because your dad quit his job may not be the smartest move in a heavily saturated transfer portal.

And even if he did manage to land at another P5 school he would be learning a new defense/scheme/system and having to work with new teammates etc.

Ask Tony Delmonico…

I'm assuming none of our high profile draft eligible players are going to discuss if they are declaring until after the bowl game.

Also I know quite a few of the idiots on Twitter were bashing AT for sitting out the MCB to get healthy and prepare for the senior bowl, even calling it selfish. Honestly I don't think it's selfish at all, he just gave the other CBs behind him a month of practice/preparation getting 1st team reps to get them ready for Purdue but also to get them further ahead for next season when he won't be here.

Selfish would have been to continue to practice as if you planned to play and then decide last minute to sit out. Or to play, but play safe to protect yourself.

I just don't understand why we aren't getting commits on at least the offensive side. Are players still taking a wait and see approach?

wait until tmr.
Tomorrow or Friday this server breaking news is supposed to happen. Does anyone know what time? I need to plan accordingly.

That’s crazy… he basically said in his interview after his UT visit that he was a gator as long as the new coach would still let him run track too… I guess billy doesn’t like his football guys running track. That’s not gonna go over well in florida lol
Dude is going to micro manage that program to the ground

Well it looks like today is my last day as semi-VN insider… my guy is finishing up at UT and is heading to chiropractor school in December.. For @HoleInTheRoof …. The person DW missed was a sports medicine intern/assistant…. The reason why I didn’t have as much info on Tuesday through thursdays was bc he had classes during scheduled practice time. I may still get info from time to time due to connections he has made but nothing like before. Go Vols!
