Keep in mind the "crazy" people are only saying its possible. Nobody here is saying its happening for sure." Crazy" to me are those saying under no circumstances could it ever happen. Families pay for their kids school all the time. Donations are made all the time.

It's NOT crazy to think the 2 could POSSIBLY be combined

Bruin ... I think you have some really good insight on many topics. You keep beating these dead horses until people ignore you. I'm hanging on but every thread like this one takes more and more out of me.

I've never said EB would or would not do it. I just raised the question of it being a possibility because Butch is recruiting like he has more spots. Everybody wants to say the numbers will work themselves out, but that's just not true..... people are turned away from every major college program every year because there are simply not enough scholarships. We see it every year...Saban asks guys to greyshirt on NSD, Florida tells a signed guy he didn't get admitted, etc, etc. The numbers just don't add up for Tennessee, even when you figure in attrition.

Maybe Butch is going to tell some guys we have committed...you know what, we can't offer you that scholarship after all. Idk. I hope not, but something has to give. I'm just looking at possible explanations and so far, I've seen nothing that says it's impossible for the Berrys to do this. Unlikely...perhaps. Impossible..no.
