People defending him need to understand he started it because he has an on air forum and knows we can only respond on Twitter. If he doesn’t like what’s said on Twitter then he needs to get off of it. Also for some reason New Yorkers ( and many Yankees) take great pride in trashing southerners and the south because they want to appear superior. Then they all move here as soon as they can.
Not that many years ago, it was unheard of for a broadcaster/writer to make that kind of comment. Today, many of these guys think it’s cool to make these comments. Previously, their employer would have fired them if they made negative comments towards their “customers,” the very people that are the reason they have a job. Apparently, today it’s okay to spit in your audience’s eye. To me, it’s baffling.Sports broadcasters should NEVER call a fanbase any name, it's inappropriate and should be reprimanded. Last month, Pat Forde with sports illustrated referred to us as "the petulant fan base," after the water bottle, mustard dish incident.
Is this the guy that was saying
VesKaVee versus VesCoveEe
It was the “ah” versus the “o” sound that was messed up

Yes, the guy who called TN fans idiots for correcting him actually changed the pronunciation from one way 1st half to another way 2nd half.
To be fair, Fraschilla was talking us up before and after the poor words. So much so that NC fans were probably getting tired of hearing about Ziegler, Vescovi, and Chandler.
