I just read in its entireity what he did.....
Im sick and tired of everyone saying this kid needs another chance, Lane Kiffin in his first year coaching and the University of Tennessee should not be the ones giving him a second chance, save that for a Jr. College some were. I know if I shared the same locker room as this freak I would be uncomfortable and would not even wanna associate myself with such a perv. I hope I never see him in a VOL UNIFORM!!! AND He wont ever have my support. God help him

i don't feel it is my job to judge a person, but i somehow feel as if i'm condoning that horrific act if i welcome hood and act as if nothing happened

do you guys understand wat he did.... come on that was a repulsive act that in my opinion is severe enough to deserve life in prison i don't care if he was young or not every one of you were mature enough at that age to understand how gruesome wat he participated in was

The kid was 13 years old. Do any of you remember what it was like when you were 13 and an older kid who you looked up to did something wrong? I don't like what happened and if he had been 15 or 16 it would be different, but I believe he deserves another chance. He should be on a short leash, but be given a chance to renew his life.

13 years old.Does any one remember the difference in their own mind set between the ages of 13 and 18 or 19.Look at it in this manner.This kid has handled it to point that this has brought him this far.No small feat in and of its self.Think of how tough this kid has to be to have gotten this far.In this situation I feel determination facilitates redemption.

The age of 13 in my opinion is definitely old enough to know the difference b/t right and wrong. If they decide to give him another chance, I would hope it would not be on a scholarship.

i have a problem with people who would like to see others suffer a lifetime for a mistake / crime that he has paid his debt for in accordance with our legal system. if you think the sentence was too light, take it up with you representative or governor. if you think he doesn't deserve to breath the same air as your sanctimonious butts, ... well, that's between him and his god, and between you and yours. that said, i respect your opinions for the most part, especially those of you dealing with the carnage of these types of situations every day.

Hell yes i remember my mindset when i was 13 compared to now (im 21) and i know that there was no way on gods earth this act would have even crossed my mind.... as a matter of fact if my best friend even mentioned doing this to my cousin i most definately would have gone after him with the intent to make sure he never showed his face around my family again.....

come on do i remember my mindset when i was 13? yes and so do you stop acting like he was oblivious to how wrong this was

No he doesnt deserve to be breathing the same Tennessee air as any Tennessee fan, send him to "Hell in Alabama" with coach SATAN I would love for one of players to lay his perverted ### out!!!

I hope he gets A LOT of counseling and has a long and productive life. I just don't want him representing our university.
