10' AL LB John Propst

Give me a break you guys, we've probably lost Williams, Jones, and Copeland. You expect to fill those spots with 5-stars? I mean I understand these guys aren't the creme of the crop, but come signing day do you really think we're not going to *have room* for Ambles, Stone, or Rogers?

I actually like this kid. We got a lot of kids that look like future OLBs, but this kid is all ILB, something we need!

I'll take Propst even though i'm not a huge fan. Smart kid but not much potential. Hopefully he's another Nick Reveiz.

Very Well Said.

Austin Price just said Probst is a VOL.

Wow......... This doesn't get me excited one bit. Most Hoover players are busts at the next level no matter how good they are coached up. This has bust written all over it, unless he develops into a Corey Reamer type of player.

Signing day should be interesting. With all these kids committing today, it doesn't speak well of us having room for Rogers, Ambles, or o-linemen. This could be very disappointing.

We need to wait and see what happens with Ambles,Rogers, Robinson, Green before we accept his commitment. Nice to fall back on, but should be as far as it goes for now.

I like the commit unless it means that some others (C. Smith, Ambles, Rogers, Green) have told the staff they ain't coming

Assuming we were going to lose Ralph Williams anyway, this isn't a bad replacement

Ralph Williams
3 star, 5.6 rivals rating, #83 OLB
6'1'' 223 lb
4.56 40
2.6 gpa

John Propst
3 star, 5.6 rivals rating, #25 ILB
6'2'' 215 lb
4.68 40
3.88 gpa

Williams certainly the better athlete of the two, Propst has potential to be a Reveiz type player for us.

Now while I can justify this commit, I really hope Sapp is just a backup plan for NSD in case Rogers/Ambles/Stone/Robinson don't end up here

We apparently are expecting a couple defections. These two recent commits still leave us 5.

We still have room for Ambles, Rogers, Stone, Robinson, Green.

I think they'll take one more this weekend, and leave 4 in case we can swing Ambles, cuz I think Green is a long shot.

I hope some of you realize that some of these "commits" aren't official and we're probably gonna lose three guys that are committed to us.

I'd rathre leave an open spot or 3 so we can backcount next year when the staff has a full year to recruit.
