Powell has not decided. We offered him first. He said he would like to take an official to us. If we thump UCLA and look like we are close to being able to beat UF, we can get him. It is not UF or USC because neither of them will offer him as he examines the depth chart the chance to play as early or as often.
I'm sorry. I have trouble contending with your high-minded homerism. Go spank it to a Florida board. No one is amused by your trolling.
I'm curious, what part of my post had any trace of homerisim?
I'm not trolling, I'm discussing the future destination of recruits, no different from what you're doing.
The whole UT has 0% chance doesn't strike you as something only a complete moron would think appropriate?
That may be because he's true.
As for the second part, ever heard of enjoying the recruiting process?
Ever thought playing for an NFL legend might help your prospects of getting drafted? You think face time with Monte Kiffin isn't going to have any effect? And I'm sure all the competition is selling the idea that Charlie Strong will be leaving for another position soon.
No, not when you're being recruited by a team that has no issue with putting DE's in the league. Looks like Dunlap will be another first rounder.
Strong isn't leaving this year, and even if he does it wont be until our Bowl game. By that time Powell will have probably already committed to us, especially if he chooses to be an EE.
