Blake Bell is a big man. I would say Rettig is a solid 6'3 if not slightly over. He is listed as 6'4 on scout I believe. Sims is a sloucher. But, my guess would be 6'0 about. Sims is a very good QB guys and all I have read about him says he is a big time student of game. He is just ugly not his fault. Now picking Bama was his fault.

Im not trying to be a dick but honestly Sims does have a very large head. So I honestly believe that his shoulder height is that of a 5'10 person

Why does this matter? He is offered. So this is really a non issue. I understood before it was Chaney who liked him but Kiffin was not sure. So obviously if Kiffin made offer all the ones who matter are on board. I doubt Reaves has much of a say.

why would you go to ND to be behind Clausen and who was it they got last year? Dayne Crist, or something like that, who was a top 5 QB in the class also

Odd if the staff is divided on him. I would think this is/or should be Lane and JC's decision. They are the ones that will coach him.

Basically, that post is recycled old info. Obviously since they offered the divide on Chase Kiffin and Chaney had was resolved. The camp when he shined was the thing that did this and the fact Rees went to ND. I heard it was Kiffin who was unsure about him now not saying that is so but just what I heard. The scout guy is just bringing up old news.

If Kiffin offered then he wants him. He would not of offered just to get a QB.

So that is something. And as far as Rees vs. Chase I think he gets offer even if Rees was not deciding for a few months. I believe the 7s camp put him over the edge. So is he in the same place as Heaps or Bell or Scroggins in the coaches eyes now no of course not. Those are big name guys who automatically bring other recruits. They contribute to the team before even being on campus. Rees is not and was not going to be one of those guys.

The 7s camp made it so Chase is somewhat attractive to recruits now and with a good season come signing day he will just as much as a Scroggins. But that is a big IF.

I was just pointing out that this particular decision should fall on the HC and the OC. Now as far as, who wanted him and who didn't, I have no clue.

you do understand that just because offers are made, doesn't mean if a player was ready to commit we would take it?? Hendrix wanted to commit in May but we were not ready...

Im just curious what people will think if Rettig commits, and JS doesnt, and then Rettig turns out to be the worse of the two. Thats a long time from now but if all we got to do is speculate, why not speculate that far into the future, haha.
