I checked, because I thought I was wrong, but this was from last week's war room.



So, the NCAA could have adopted it by now, but at first it was just the SEC.

This article refers to it as an NCAA rule.

I think what happened is that the NCAA sent a letter to all the conferences and the SEC was the first to enforce it. As the article said, there has been a rule on the books since '07.

I didnt think he came. I thought he was coming in July or August. I thought the first week of August

Small interview with Bailey. Said Jesse was raving about his trip here, the stadium and coaches. Said he loved it, and Bailey will be here in August for his visit. Confirmed neither he nor Jesse have committed to USC.

Let's play numbers...Jesse went to UF & UT while we was away. Came home "RAVING" about UT not UF, +1 for UT. Just finished the USC camp, and received an offer. He was waiting on the offer, but didn't not commit on the spot. I feel that bodes well for UT also. He's gonna say he isn't afraid of competion but why put yourself in that situation when you don't have to. He'll be a VOL and bring Bailey with him.

He said he heard he will be taking another visit soon, but he has yet to give a source upon several request to do so.
