Just get him on campus and everything will be fine.

I've heard that he could have a hard time getting in. Any truth to that?

On our boards the only thing I have seen is he will visit us for a game. After that have not seen much about him, plus I do not think we will take another DL in this class and we already have 2 TEs coming in.

USAF, that avatar is beautiful. Have you ever flown one of those? I'm majoring in aerospace engineering, and we have been doing some problems and learning some equations about breaking the sound barrier, so it makes the picture even more interesting.

In fact, I should be studying that stuff right now, but if I don't spend 8-12 hours per day perusing VN, I get irritable and lightheaded.

No, I do not fly. In fact I hate flying. I prefer to stay on the ground as much as possible. Enjoy your studies, I have no cool stories for you:p

Has there been any recent activity regarding his recruitment. Read on another site since they had a decommit (bama), Jones has moved up the bama board. Thanks for the info.

If we take D Jones I would really be surprised. We are pretty deep on the DL and TE. C Sanders who decommited yesterday was coming in for a LB position, but we knew is was gone once A Hill commited. Then again I am not on the coaching staff so who knows about D Jones.

Does anyone think we have cooled on Jones because of grade issues? Maybe it doesn't look like he is going to make it in...

No, I don't think we've cooled on him. He talks to our staff reguarily, and we definitely need a TE in this class. He's just going to take some visits. I really wouldn't worry about Nebraska...

Funny though the two kids you hear about visiting other places are Meline and Jones and both have some grade issues. I hope we land both but it does make you wonder....

Those are not the only 2. Ambles has said he is going to take visits. Pair is visiting USCjr. this weekend. Bruce Irvin is supposedly visiting WVU this weekend...

sometimes I hate recruiting....

What is up with WV? They seem to be getting in on a ton of kids. I know of Doc Holiday that always does well in Florida. But there name is turning up with more and more elite level players.

I wouldn't worry about Irvin. He will be a Vol if he takes all the classes that will allow him to get into the SEC...

i was an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force, in Okinawa. you almost have to try, to not have cool stories! alot of crazy stuf to see aircraft wise, too. like a C-5 taking off the runway..
