I would love to get them, but more D-line?

nice article VolATLien....and yeah...we need 1 more (frosh) interior DL.... Lemonier is such a talent that we would have to take him...which i think if we landed him copeland could possibly de-commit....

"Both visits were really good. I think I am also going to visit Auburn and Tennessee. I am not sure who I would visit last. I just don't know yet. I am pretty open with all the schools still."

Per Rivals...

I assume you are referring to my post on the previous page. I was referring to Cobbs back before he committed. I posted in the wrong thread...

This is me and jmo, but I would take Lemonier over Miller or Willis. Not the tandem, but if I had to pick 1 of the 3 to build my team around, it would be Lemonier. That's saying alot too because I absolutely love Miller and Willis. I just don't think people on here have not realized how good he is. I also think Rivals has him vastly underrated. His rating on Scout is more accurate; he is the #8 player in the country there. The people who are in South Florida (Luke S, Michael L) watching these players all the time rave about this guy...

We really only have what 3 true DEs? Maybe 2? JC and Willis could end up at DT so really, we have room for him.

Lemonier is an outstanding player! Whether he's as good as Miller or Willis I wouldn't know but Tennessee would be crazy to pass on him. He is a dominant prescence on the field.

Was at UM vs. Clemson game Sat. here are some comments he made....

"I came with a friend - it was good," Lemonier said. "I got there seven minutes into the first quarter and I left in the third quarter because my friend wanted to leave."

"I was rooting for Miami, of course," he said of Saturday's game. "I was surprised at what happened. I thought UM would win."

Lemonier says he spoke with Cane coach Wesley McGriff over the phone before the game.

"He said to look for him (before the game) but unfortunately I didn't get to see him," Lemonier said.

Asked where Miami stands in his recruiting picture, Lemonier said, "They're pretty high up."

Asked his other favorites, he simply said, "Everyone else recruiting me. I have no No. 1 school right now."

Hialeah High defensive end Corey Lemonier is hard to read. At one point, this was a battle between Illinois, FSU and Miami. Now it appears the 'Canes have the lead for his services, with Florida State still in the mix, Tennessee charging hard and Illinois fading. Lemonier has been to FSU and Illinois on official visits and will visit Tennessee when the Vols play host to Vanderbilt on Nov. 21. He also plans to visit Miami. The Hialeah High campus is about 15 miles from UM's campus in Coral Gables.

I think that TN is right there. I haven't talked to my contact close to their situation in a couple of weeks. I do think that Illinois is a very real player in that race and maybe could get at least Smith if not both if it ended today but the longer it plays out the more I like Tennessee's chances.

Lemonier we will see in the post-season and that will be his opportunity to move up. We have a hell of a time getting any film out of Hialeah on Smith though but supposedly we may have some coming.

- From Barton Simmons when asked today about where Lemonier and Smith will end up...
