:hi: thanks eric. I had to cancel over there, and it is killin me now. I need the money tho. FWIW, i think he will be a vol. Another reason i say so is because Fulton said that "I have a feeling I am going to start a band of commitments." Kids dont say that unless they know something.

Kids say a lot of things like that in recruiting. I don't think he was privy to inside info, but I do think that he believes that he did help.

An observation with Gran/Palardy...

Wes Byrum was the last kicker Gran signed out of Florida. That worked out pretty well for Auburn.

Based on what I read which has a UT twist to it. I sounds like his is coming to UT. He raved about Coach Gran and about how christian of a man he is. Its crazy to think we wanted to keep Drayton as our RB coach

I love the idea of having a kicker who can do it all... that saves on scholarships and allows the team to be better.

Agreed. It's nice to know that if you are spending a scholarship on a kicker, it's a guy that can do everything. I don't think people realize the importance of having a good kicker. We would have won at least two more games last year if we had a better kicker.

If we get him, hopefully he will become a full time kicker working overtime and a very very VERY part time punter! :)

The only danger I see with this is if the kid gets injured you just lost your entire kicking game. All it takes is one late hit on a punt, or a pulled hamstring in practice.
