Same guy. The visit that UT insider claimed they were getting has been canned by Meyer and Mamma Brown again. Check your sources again.
"That was crazy right there. Everybody talks about that still. Everybody still talks about the helicopter that came on the field, even my mom still talks about it," Brown said.
“They are doing great things there,” Brown said. “I want Mack Jr. to go to a school where the coaching staff is going to be there during his career. Lane Kiffin is a great young coach and has the UT program headed in the right direction.”
I never said anything about any visit.
Your "Mom hates Kiffin" theory wouldn't hold up in any kind of court.
His dad had glowing things to say about UT.
Believe what ever makes you feel better, but don't expect anyone around here to take you seriously.
He's not coming to UT so yall struck out on Brown, Dyer and most likely Lattimore so who left on the board? What UT fans fell to realize is Meyer shapes his offense to his players not sure why Moody doesn't get the ball more but next year Rainey will see the ball more like Harvin. He'll take the spot James had this year so Demps, Moody and Brown will be the rotation. People always talk about Tebow carrying the ball but Colt has lead Texas twice in rushing in 4years and Tebow 2 in 3 years. UF has run a spread option with Tebow at Qb but Demps and Rainey would have both had 100 carries but Rainey was hurt two games so bext year all Tims carries will go to someone and Mack knows that he will get his touches.
It's truly sad that Brown will never reach his full potential by going to Florida....even if they do start running the ball more there will be so many backs to share the carries that it won't matter.
This is the biggest decision in a kid's life thus far, and I don't understand their logic/reasoning half the time. Why ANYONE would want to play in a spread type offense is beyond me. It's glorified flag football and once these kids get to the pros most of them are completely lost. Rookie TE Jared Cook is another prime example for Titans fans -- he can barely see the field this year because he has no idea how to play a pro style game thanks to Spurrier.
