We want him. He's at the top of our RB recruiting board. We would have to get Seastrunk for it to affect our feelings on Brown and that is very unlikely to happen.

I'm curious as to how you know Brown is at the top of our RB board?

My comment was not in jest to Sab, but to the question I referenced in that post. Sab, much like eric, LV, and many others provide Volnation with solid info and I , for one appreciate their efforts.

Brown is going to be a Gator. It seems him and his Father have fallen for the story that Urban will be back coaching the team while he is there. How the timing of his "change of heart" (coming right after they realized their recruiting class would be severely effected) doesnt stink to recruits and their families I will never understand.

I hope Urban does come back. Kicking UF's butt and winning the East will mean a LOT more with him on the sideline at UF.

If this is in fact true, it just shows how incredibly fortunate Florida schools are for being in their talent rich region. FSU is reaping the benefits this year.

However, this also shows how amazing our staff is at recruiting. Florida coaches fall out of bed onto 4-5 star athletes. Our coaches have to travel the country and convince kids to leave their home and family. It's amazing how often they convince kids to do that.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that Florida may do better than 7-6. Call me crazy though.

I gotcha. That is why I was saying it must be nice being in Florida because of the talent. I know that Tallahassee isn't next to Gainesville but when a kid has grown up in Florida and watched the Florida schools his whole life, it's an easy switch from UF to FSU. Also, can stay close to mom and dad still....
