Funny, I was part of the "me first" era, and we just hired a guy who has tried to attract attention in a way that makes T.O. and Chad Johnson look like shy guys.

1) Al Bundy scored 4 TD's in one game. Polk High
2) You just named three guys who also played college football. They weren't born in the Pro's. You think they just turned into all kinds of awesome without Monte's assist.
3) You basically contradicted your self on Fulmer. Which is it, he is a good recruiter or a bad one?

Great recruiter who made some mistakes with character the last few years. He would agree off the record. Pssst....those three guys were REAL good players before Monte got them.

The last few?!?! Oh and by the way, they were pretty good but Monte helped them become great. Of course you could ask them yourself seeing as you know so many people.

You think? Monte made them GREAT.

Name someone on defense that PHIL FULMER, made GREAT, that weren't Gifted. Not named, Eric Berry, Deon Grant, Al Wilson, or Jon Henderson.

I'm talking someone who was coached up to another level.

I can think of more that regressed.

Sapp, College All American, Brooks, College All American, Barber, 3 time all ACC.......so he MADE them great.............interesting.

Jonathan Hefney was also an AA his JR year and potential 1st or 2nd Round Draft pick. What happened there??????


Do you want me to go through the list of AAs that never did SQUAT in the NFL.

So monte kiffin can't coach all of a sudden, but Fulmer's only mistake as a coach was recruiting some questionable character guys? Brilliant!

He made Barber and Brian Kelly into top CBs. What about John Lynch? Also guys like Dexter Jackson, Jermaine Phillips, Tanard Jackson, Barrett Rudd, and Dewayne White. Good enough for you?

Who doesn't have All Americans in the NFL. Thats were they go, they were being blocked by All Americans, the QB they were playing against was All American, the RB running against them was ALL American.

Those you named were role players, not the hub of the Tampa 2. The hub consists of the GREAT athletes. That attribute was given by God, not Monte.

I totally agree with you on that. God gave them the ability, and he gave Monte the ability to coach it better than everybody else.
