'10 RB Marcus Lattimore

Lattimore had another huge game tonight, 22 carries 160 yards and 3 td's in about 2 1/2 qtrs. This was against one of the "better teams" in SC 4A. Marcus took another unoffical to USCjr Thursday night along with teammate WR Nick Jones. He was in the locker room with the Gamecocks after the victory and he had a great trip. I think this guy is USC bound.

Gore would be like a Demps or a Rainey we need that so we can pound it with BB and Oku and then pitch out and let him turn the corner with all those D linemen and Linebackers banged up. Anybody know what Bernards 40 time is?

Thank you somebody else sees why I want Gore. Why would you want every back to bring the same set of skills to the table? We have big physical backs (Brown and Williams), a slasher(Oku), and now we need a little burner out of the backfield(Gore).

I gotta agree with you 100% we cant have all huge backs we need one little guy to comy flying out of there while defense is tired

You can have a fast back who is good at breaking tackles... (Dyer), you dont have to just have someone fast. For example... Coker was fast but he could also do the things that D1 running backs have to do.

Why do you think he is overrated? He is my #1 back in this class.. where is he in your list?

There hasn't been anything said about Lattimore coming since he told Chad Simmons he was coming last week. Willis said a couple of days ago that he is still coming, so hopefully Lattimore will be with them...

I don't think so. I didn't see them in any of some of the hostess' pictures they posted on facebook. I know Miller, Willis, and King and maybe someone else from SC but I have no clue who (not Lattimore). But who knows.

I just think we, as a mob of recruit followers, should shut the door on Lattimore. I think we have a Legitimate shot with a number of other high caliber backs.
