'10 TN DE Jacques Smith

Farragut is like the #2 team in 6A I think. Only loss so far was like 3 points at Riverdale IIRC.

They looked legit when I saw them.

I don't really know anything about Oakland or Ensworth.

I saw Oakland thats a dang good ball team, Ensworth is pretty good, but i gotta stick with my brothers team even though they probably wont make the playoffs.

Ooltewahvol maybe you can answer this. I heard Kiffin was at the Ooltewah game this Friday. He was there scouting Smith and there QB. Who is the QB, and why would Kiffin be looking at him ?

No - no - no - no - no.

Never ever.

Only prospects worth looking at here are Jacques and John Long the kicker (but we already have our kicker).

Brady Reed isn't college material - he's not really even high school material but has started for 3 years and struggled. He's got some half way decent measurables - but that doesn't translate well (aka Crompton - and his arm isn't half as good as Crompton's).

Lol Brady is a baseball player who plays football. For instance we had 0 passing yards this week in a 56-0 win

I'm an Ooltewah grad - ooltewahvol is the backup QB for the Owls this year he said (just transferred from ND to here). I doubt we'll take state just because the offense will struggle - who knows though - I'm not too optimistic after that year we lost to Rod Wilks and Smyrna... should have won that game... then we got pummeled by Oakland in the semis last year.

Zach has been pretty good besides the fact he seems like he's an injury magnet. Didn't he have like 5 concussions last year?

Anyone think that Jacques will end up playing LB when he gets here? Or will he be too big and stay at DE? I'm just wondering because it seems that LB is more of a need than DE right now for us. Although, there is still plenty of time for us to get some more strong LB's as well. He looks like he has the speed and athleticism necessary to play LB.

Jacques will not play linebacker at the next level unless its a 3-4 defense. To me, he will bring more to the table rushing the passer from the edge than dropping back in coverage..

Dude, what happened against cleveland. I heard they were up in the first half. We (WV) played with them the whole game and it was close and even though we had 8 turnovers. I thought you guys would crush them. They are not near as good as you guys..... I heard it rained too though but since you guys don't throw it shoudn't matter. Also I heard Voytek (cleveland's qb) or however you spell his name had a punt that went backwards..... I heard it went straight up then bounced backwards.. haha.

hahahahahah
Thats so terrible

If our team somehow manages to win next week, I'm fairly sure we play at Ooltewah in the first round of the playoffs, so I'll try to get out there.
