If Heaps does in fact go to UW he will regret it. They are light years away from being relevant.

He's moving to WR this year. I would say he will be there the rest of his career. He doesn't care as long as he's on the field helping his team. At least, that is what he said.

As far as his destination, I keep hearing BYU, although I wouldn't count out Washington. At this time, I fully expect him to remain out West.

Jamie Newberg. Also said that heaps will be in the next rivals 100.

I don't know if I would go that high with Heaps. If he goes to BYU, it will be to have prolific stats. I just can't see him leaving Washington. If we lead for Scroggins, I would be surprised. Although, if we do lead and he comes here for camp he would probably leave committed if everything goes well.

it seems strange to me too for heaps, but my buddy who is real tuned in is saying this as is cal's rivals reporter and a reporter on the espn cal site.

How? He has always said we are the school who is recruiting him the hardest besides UW. He has spoken highly of us too. and for him to come all the way from cali just to camp means there is something very serious going. I think we have a lead with USC as our only compatition.
