Greg, do you have any old game tapes? I didn't have any from HS or UT. I came home from work months ago and my wife and kids were in the den and pointed to the tv and asked if I recognized this, it was the 1976 GT game. I got tears in my eyes, it was the BEST Fathers Day present I've ever gotten! There is a company called FootballVideos.com that you can purchase game tapes. It's a breakdown video of all offense, defense and special teams.
I have a copy of the Hawaii trip highlights video. Shows everyone doing the hola hola on the beach, trip to pearl harbor...etc. I still remember sitting on the beach with you looking at a romantic sunset, then at you and thinking what a waste of a romantic setting. Trade you a copy of that tape for the GT game?
Greg
I remember sitting on the beach! But I didn't see the romantic part! Lol! I remember being 18 years old and the "string bikini" being the new thing! I have the Hawaii video. I also have a picture of you and me talking to a brunette on the beach! My wife asked me who it was and I told her I didn't know because you had hit on her!
Class AAAAA Playoffs Round 2 Game 5 go to 2:14:00 to see the one handed catch.
I honestly think this will be one that will be a regret. He is working out twice a day over winter break to get stronger and faster. He's smart, will stay out of trouble and has no "prima donna" attitude. He is determined to be the best at his position. Look at his senior year highlight video. On a kickoff to Walton (during the state semi final game) he ran across the field and prevented a TD from the state's #1 player, 2013 RB Tyren Jones. And the one handed catch he made on the video mentioned above is unbelievable. I may be prejudiced because I know him, but I am a realist when it comes to his ability. He has it. And obviously, the state's coaches feel the same way. I am looking forward to saying "I told you so" in the coming years. So is this basically a case of, "We'd take this guy if we weren't so stacked at WR."?

With that said, I hope it all gets better for UT and the committed receivers live up to the hype.
