“Auburn, Texas Tech, Missouri, Ole Miss, Baylor, Georgia, Minnesota, Arkansas, and Tennessee have been out here to check on me so far,” said Patterson.

“I just want to play football and get on the field. I do not know who is on top for me right now because I am still looking at everyone. I really have not thought about recruiting too much yet, but I probably will more this summer.”

Patterson hopes to be a mid-year graduate and he plans to take all five of his official visits.

Got some info from a good friend tonight, Patterson is still leaving his options open but Tennessee is on his mind.

Ummm.... how is that good info?

Basically you're saying UT has a shot but he's fully open. That is expected.

A good friend of mine told me he could sign with UT or he could sign with someone else.

I have a source who told me last night that alot of recruits around the country are thinking about Tennessee and playing for the Vols. While this may be insider info....please do not hold me to it. Thanks

Yea, Da'Rick, Hunter, Z. Rogers...sure is intimidating. We aren't filled with WR talent...I know that we have others but those are the 3 on the roster right now that have contributed anything in a game (and Da'Rick and Z. Rogers really haven't done THAT much yet).

Don't get me wrong he's high on us, but that doesn't mean he is digging what's on field for us. He's not afraid to compete though.

I don't know why any WR would not like our depth chart ATP. The top is talented, but plenty of room for another talented guy. Patterson would play often here immediately.

Yep... Until we have guys like Matt Milton, DeAnthony Arnett, and the other younger guys step up. Hopefully we do.

UT needs to keep the iron hot with as much talent as we can get. Having good receivers will help with good QBs and in-turn attract other good receivers.
